Tunics Plus (E & S Band)
The Tunics Plus offers an affordable, general-purpose laser for fiberoptic testing. With up to 150 nm of tuning range, Tunics Plus is available in three different versions from 1340 nm to 1540 nm. High output power (to +8 dBm) eases the power budget and provides high-dynamic range measurements.
Tunics Purity (S & C Band)
The Tunics Purity offers a patented configuration ensuring intracavity filtering of the background broadband ASE noise. The equivalent full width at half maximum (FWHM) of this filtering is as narrow as 0.15 nm, which makes the residual ASE almost unnoticeable. This pure ASE-noise-free operation does not compromise other key features of the state-of-the art tunable external cavity laser-diodes. The laser provides up to +3 dBm output power and covers E-, S- and C- band.
Tunics T100R (S, C, L& U Band)
The Tunics T100R offers a laser that features the best specifications in all domains, replacing the need for several specialized laser sources for each application. The revolutionary new Optim-Y technology combines years of experience in External Cavity Lasers previously developed in the Tunics Plus, Tunics Purity and Tunics Reference products.
Tunics Reference TLS (E, S, C and L Band)
Tunics Reference offers a new benchmark in tunable laser sources for test applications. The laser features a ±25 pm wavelength accuracy with an automated built-in recalibration process, avoiding the need for an external wavelength meter. When higher wavelength accuracy is needed, a built-in Michelson-based wavelength meter could be added to reach an impressive ±5 pm absolute wavelength accuracy (IWM option).
Tunics T100S (O, C & L Band, CL & U Bands)
The T100S combines large wavelength range 110/ 150 nm Tuning Range and high power output power with ASE suppression. With T100 technology, there is no longer a trade-off between high power-output power and ASE suppression. A single laser can be used for all applications from amplifiers/ WDM testing to high resolution insertion loss characterization.
