The WSM160 provides a large wavelength tuning range of 155nm as well as bandwidth tunable from 0.25nm to more than 60nm. It operates from 1495 to 1650nm in a single instrument. The relatively sharp edges ensure a clean cut between the signal and the adjacent channels or noise. Manual tuning of wavelength and bandwidth are done through high resolution micrometer actuators easily accessible from the instrument's sides.

Available in pass-band or stop-band configuration.
