At JGR Services we are committed to comprehensive customer care. To provide you with the tools to meet your needs we offer some unique capabilities.
CALIBRATION
Over the years of developing and manufacturing our fiberoptic instruments, we’ve learned a thing or two about calibration. In fact, we’re quite good at it. We offer speedy calibration and repair service supporting JGR and OEM legacy instruments: backreflection meters, PDL meters, attenuators and more.
We are fully ISO:17025 Laboratory Accredited.
On servicing, your equipment is calibrated with our N.I.S.T. traceable instruments. Once calibrated, a label indicating a unique traceable calibration certificate number is affixed to the equipment. In addition, you receive a complete calibration test report with a list of all traceable N.I.S.T. standards used and the accuracy/tolerance. A copy of the N.I.S.T. primary standard along with its measurement uncertainties is provided. Call or email our office for additional information.
