HA Series Attenuator (HA4/HA5)
The programmable HA Optical Attenuators enable precise optical power control and feature high accuracy and superior repeatability making them ideal for lab and production applications including power level adjustment in automated test systems, BER testing of transmitters and receivers and channel equalization in WDM systems.
The HA4 model is a benchtop instrument offering a dynamic range of 30 dB. The user-friendly front panel keypad and interface simplifies the selection and confirmation of attenuation levels. The HA5 platform can be fit with up to 8 individual attenuators in a larger, rack-mountable chassis. These attenuators feature a dynamic range of up to 60 dB.
A variety of configuration options offers additional flexibility. The HA series attenuators may be calibrated to particular wavelengths and offer either front panel bulkheads (fit with typical FC/UPC or FC/APC connector types) or pigtails of various lengths.
