FMP Functional Modular Platform
JGR Services FMP Functional Modular Platform offers unprecedented flexibility for network testing. The FMP platform offers 8 slots for high-level applications-based modular instruments and Ethernet communication to streamline the testing interface.
Instead of discrete instruments that must be co-ordinated and individually programmed, each FMP module addresses a complete application in one package. This increases testing speed and reduces capital costs.
The JGR FMP M1 Module illustrates this capability. It is a complete network test tool that would be inserted in a link to create conditions of interruption (on/off switch) and loss (variable attenuator). The operation is monitored with dual PDs and the information is sent via Ethernet to a test station.
